Review of Cloud Busting - The Music of Kate Bush
Cloudbusting are great, as a fan of Kate Bush and knowing I will never get to see her live this appealed and I attended with an open mind but not really expecting too much; I was very much surprised by just how good they were and how authentic each song sounded, they clearly work hard on making every arrangement spot on.
Played all the hits and then some album tracks and B sides you'd not think you'd hear and these opened another door where I now want to go back and find the songs I haven't heard for a long long time or ever.
Great music played by 1st class musicians and I will see them again whenever they play near me in the future. Go with an open mind and you'll be in for a real treat.
