Letter of Agreement
You will receive a letter of agreement from Pam unless your company or association protocol requires you to initiate the agreement.

Important note: Pam does not use forms or e-mails to tailor your program. She requests that be done via phone or in person. Your desired outcomes and all information about your company or association are discussed at length in a relaxed but thorough conversation with Pam.
